I am a passionate dancer and attend dance workshops on a daily basis. I lacked shoulder strength and had weak knees. My weak muscles weren't helping me to follow my passion for dance. My desk job during the day was adding to the pain. I had inflammation and tingling in and around my shoulder blades. My neck and shoulders felt tightness as well. I visited a chiropractor initially, but my pain continued. After that, I visited Foram for a preliminary examination. She spent a complete hour with me, checking my posture, various dance and athletic moves, explaining me the anatomy of muscles, and how my weak muscles are the cause of the pain. I visited her once every week, she worked on strengthening my muscles, and also suggested some exercises I can perform at home with no pieces of equipment. Within 4 weeks my pain reduced, and my neck and shoulders felt lighter. I continued taking sessions with her, where she trained me for strengthening my muscles. Dancing doesn't hurt me anymore and I can continue following my hobby of dancing. I also hit the gym daily, and don't fear weight training now! Kudos to Foram! Foram is very informative, a very cool person to have open conversations with. She will give you all the information and make sure you understand the problems, its effects and how you can work on it. She won't throw jargons at you. She is the most approachable and helpful doctor. I have reached out to her out of my sessions when I sprained my ankle once while dancing, and one other time while cycling. She helped me over the phone! I wouldn't recommend any other PT than Foram! She is the best of all!
